- MDAC update may be needed
for some machines running. This can be downloaded if instructed by
SMS support.

To improve productivity and efficiency, we have made the
following changes:
- Allow
for a player to have winnings from multiple teams successfully upload to
QuickBooks and SMS. i.e. Pro-Assistant events in
which the head professional is on multiple teams with his/her
assistants.
Changes in release DTU
1.9.93, production - 01.01.03.
To improve productivity and efficiency, we have made the
following changes:
- A fix
has been made to coordinate with changes in ScoreCast for the proper
uploading of results to the SMS customer database.
- The Upload
report will now display both the individual and team scores and place
finishes.
- When
presented with a confirmation window for the downloading of revenues or
the uploading of results, the Windows are now sequenced properly with the
report in the foreground.
Why do I get a message box during
installation of an upgrade about Synchronization?
When you
upgrade the software, you are also upgrading the Database. This process is called synchronization. If you are running scorecast
in a Network environment or if you have any purged databases that you may want
to access, you can synchronize them using this option. This eliminates the need to change the
registry setting and re-running the upgrade.
When you select Yes, you will be prompted for the location of the next
database to synchronize. You will
continue to get the prompt, until you answer No.
I am trying to print labels, but now am
getting a run time error, and I know I have printed them in previous releases.
A change was made in release 4.0.514 that added additional
Addresss for printing. There now are 3
address lines available for selection.
Open up the label editor/builder and remove the field named Address
and replace it with the new address fields.
How do I change the location of my
database?
1. Select
the System|Option menu selection.
2. Select
the Database tab

current Database location.

productivity and efficiency, we have made the following changes:
- Resolved
issue with Individual Gross Summary where it would not show RD1 but show
RD2 results.

Flight events so that when a excel import comes in that the No Sort
function leaves then in the order they were imported as apposed to sorting
based on Handicap.

ChangeDate to the PLAYER table so that there
will be a record when that member has been last updated

To improve
productivity and efficiency, we have made the following changes:
- Enhanced
existing reports to allow the user to put Tournament specific images on
reports
- Modified
the way that the Pari-Mutuel prizes are awarded
and the way that the odds are calculated to fall more in line with the way
events are run

the ability to send off an email to participants in a tournament or
members of a particular affiliation
- Tournament
Name has been separated out from the Player Name in the Member
directory. Now the users can sort
by tournament name.

displaying previous round score it only shows the team score now not the

results report with Last Name, GHIN, SSN, Index, Gross Score, Tourn. Hndcp and net score.
- New
report that displays Place, Name, Gross, Net, Index, Handicap, slope,
rating and GHIN.

report that sorts by the last name of player 1 of the team with home club
affiliation of only player 1.

To improve productivity and efficiency, we have made the
following changes:
- When
scoring teams the cursor now will go back to the team number box when
searching by team number.
- System
will warn you if you close the tournament and you are paying more spots
then there are people in the tournament.
- Resolved
issue with Match Play with under populated teams.
- Fixed
issue with Player Import not reading Home Club.
- When
Marking and Switching between genders the tees will now follow the
player. Also if the course changes
then the tees will be the default the gender that is assigned to them.
- When
canceling a round of an event all linked events associated with that round
will also be cancelled.
- Resolved
issue with setting up a Match Play event with an under populated bracket and the tee times not starting
at the correct time.

issue with splitting tees and times.

issue with RTE when changing players properties in Setup.

now update all players information including Course Handicap and Index
when you change a players information in a main event or linked event.

To improve productivity and efficiency, we have made the
following changes:

When changing player properties it will not filter
down to the linked events. Also if you
change a player properties in a linked event it will filter up to the main
event.

Resolved issue with the summing function not
coming out correctly and the points no longer subtract from the tournament
payout.

You can now prioritize players in a group so
that they have priority on the for that tee time.

In System Options you can change the way that
the Players name shows up on the Pairings reports. You can either have it go First Name then
Last Name or Last Name then First Name.
For example: Corey Stone or
Stone, Corey.

To improve productivity and efficiency, we have made the
following changes:
- Fixed issue with Cart Card
with club logo not being able to find report
- Valid the auto-checkout
location before doing a check out.
- When doing an member import
allow for a lower case "m" to be used as gender
- Resolved issue with the
characters being allowed to be put in on numeric fields when specifying a
percent to split a field by in modify and setup
- Once an event has been
created by completing the setup wizard, changes cannot be made to the
tournament by entering the setup wizard again. Users may start the setup
wizard to view settings previously used, however changes can not be saved.
